The Natural Economy Northwest £3million, 3 year programme ended in December 2009 – a partnership led by Natural England, the Northwest Regional Development Agency and SITA Trust. The Natural Economy Northwest team worked with a wide range of partners and stakeholders to reposition the natural environment within sustainable futures. The NENW team were – Dr Will Williams, Programme Director; Katie Read, Natural Tourism Manager; Peter Wilmers, Green Infrastructure Manager; and Gareth Richards, Business Manager.
